Security National is experiencing tremendous growth and is currently hiring a Junior Loan Officer/ Loan Officer Assistant in to assist with Renovation leads in our Millersville, Maryland branch.
What You'll Do
As a Junior Loan Officer/ Loan Officer Assistant in our Millersville, Maryland Branch, you will assist our Senior Branch Manager with taking Reno lead loans and receive BPS over-rides for assisting in closing these loans. This is a great opportunity for a newer LO in the mortgage industry to grow their business and learn from the best!
Duties will include:
- Inputting loan data into the Encompass system. Must be familiar with Encompass
- Communicating loan information to borrowers and potential borrowers
- Collecting, analyzing and reviewing borrower loan information
What We'll Love About You
- You have a solid working knowledge of Encompass system
- You have a current state-issued NMLS # or are very close to completing the licensing process
- You have at least 1-2 years of mortgage experience with FHA/VA and Conventional loan types
- You are a great communicator
- You are pleasant and easy to work with
