Jr Scrum Master (SSM)

• Works with Product Owner to develop User Stories to meet the Feature acceptance criteria
• Maintains and generates information radiators for the teams
• Collects and shares team metrics with the team, suggest new metrics, and drives improvement using metrics
• Coaches the team on agile and scrum principles with the goal of continuous improvement
• Promotes teamwork to achieve sprint goals
• Leads the teams towards agile maturity

• Protects the team from scope creep during execution of the PI

Educations: MS/BS,CS/IT/MIS/MBA
Experience: 1 Years of relevant exp, Freshers can also apply
Communication skills: Excellent
Work Authorisation: GC/USC/L2 & H4 EAD

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
