Janitorial Technician In Ann Arbor MI - $13.00 An Hour

Cleaning in an office building. The shift will be from:
11:30am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday
4:00pm-12:00am, Monday - Friday
3:30pm-8:30pm, Monday - Friday
5:30pm-7:30pm, Monday & Thursday

No experience necessary, training provided. Starting pay is $13.00 an hour.
Job Summary

• Clean and maintain inside and outside areas of facility. This will include lobbies, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, kitchen areas, public areas and parking lots.
• Duties include garbage collection, dusting furniture, high/low dusting, interior window cleaning, sweeping and dust-mopping hard floor surfaces, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning stainless steel surfaces, vacuuming and other assigned cleaning tasks, as well as stocking supply rooms, kitchen areas and restrooms.
• If you are the last person leaving the facility, you will be responsible for making sure all windows and entrances are securely closed and locked before leaving.
