Janitorial Supervisor - Part Time Evenings

RWK Services, a nationwide green certified building service provider, is currently hiring for a part-time Cleaning Supervisor for buildings in the Cleveland Midtown and Downtown area. This position will be Monday-Friday from 5:30p-9:30pm. Pay is $16.00 per hour depending on experience.

Major responsibilities include:

• Supervising the work of cleaning staff at a specific building(s)
• Initiate or follow-up on quality/building inspections
• Assist through training and orienting new employees on specific buildings
• Assist in covering open positions when necessary
• Maintain cleaning supplies and materials & ensure proper usage.

Requirements:

• Previous office cleaning experience is required

• Be detail-oriented

• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred

• Be able to work independently and still get the job done

• Pass a pre-employment background check

• Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing.
