Janitorial Supervisor **NEW WAGES**

IH Services, Inc., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a hands-on Night Shift Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude in the Naperville IL Area.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings, restroom facilities, offices, and common areas in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as scrubbing and buffing floors and shampooing and extracting rugs and carpeted areas
• Perform routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, etc etc.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Assist in inventory and ordering of necessary supplies
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Make personnel and work schedules to satisfy the specs of the cleaning agreement
• Assist in processing payroll by ensuring staff promptly clock in and out on time
• Counsel staff as needed on performance, attitude, and punctuality
• Work closely with the District Manager to ensure all aspects of our contract are completed to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning/janitorial or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous Leadership/Management experience
• Adequate Computer Skill-Microsoft Office
• All candidates must pass a drug screen and background check

Schedules Available:

Day Shift

Sun thru Tues 6am - 6pm Wed (half day 6am - 12pm)

OR

Wed (half day 12pm to 6pm) Thurs thru Sat 6am - 6pm

Night Shift

Sun thru Tues 6pm - 6am Wed (half day 6pm - 12AM)

OR

Wed (half day 12AM to 6AM) Thurs thru Sat 6pm - 6am

Pay:

$17-$18 per hour
