Janitorial Lead

Commercial Cleaning Corp is looking for two Janitorial Leads to join our growing team! This position is located in Trenton, NJ.

Hours: 1st and 2nd Shift

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for project assignments which include, stripping and waxing floors using ride on or walk behind machines. Supervising a team of project team members and ensuring projects are completed to work ticket and Commercial Cleaning Corp specifications. Lead Project Team member is responsible for assignments being completed on time.

• ElectroStatic Disinfecting
• Stripping and Waxing Floors
• Deep cleaning
• Supervise a team of cleaners
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to maintain safety and prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours, ensuring electrical appliance are turned off – as needed.
