We are currently looking for a talented IT Technician at our Gulfstream Park location. Your position works closely with employees and customers to assist in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues. Your role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software. You will perform duties associated with (including but not limited to): setting up workstations, installing software, providing technical support, analyzing hardware and software efficiencies and troubleshooting customer issues. You will assist the Lead Computer Technician role. You will perform your duties in a manner that continues increasing the effectiveness and organization of the Infrastructure/IT department.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience

- Technical aptitude, error/solution tracking experience and internet security knowledge.
- Ability to work on a team and as an individual contributor. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Build, replace, and set up and moves (throughout the location) computer hardware.
- Perform duties associated with wiring, troubleshooting and repairing the company network to optimize performance and ensure flawless interaction with company software by users.
- Perform duties associated with troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software including ensuring all software is managed and promptly updated.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to users.
- Maintain computer parts/supplies inventory and manages availability of parts in stock.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Be empowered to take initiative with applicable duties/projects and may receive direction or instruction from senior department team members
