Essential Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT troubleshooting and supporting computer, networking, and mobile devices.
- Four-year college degree. Certifications: - A+, MCP, preferred.
- Technical Skills: PC/Mac, iOS, Android, Google Workspace, various applications Support.
- Knowledge and experience in computer cabling, WLAN, Antivirus, Mobile Devices, Email, Video Conferencing, basic networking, and server support.
- Physical requirements: the ability to lift, carry, or move light hardware, up to 35 lbs. for delivery and installation purposes. Will also need to transport equipment and travel to multiple buildings in the campus area to provide support.
