IT Support Specialist

ITS is currently looking for a Field Service Representative Associate for our client located in Rockford, IL. This is a full-time position with benefits! Shift is Monday - Friday from 11AM to 8PM.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, physically moving, changing/upgrading, and disposing of computer hardware and software products
• Maintaining virus protection, OS service packs, general operations, and providing back-up and disaster recovery
• Deploying, setup and configuration of PCs, Printers, and accessories.
• Windows 10 Troubleshooting
• Installation of Network printers, configuring, testing, adding users
• Install and configure software
• Troubleshoot, repair, and configure portable/mobile devices
• Handling print queue issues
• Managing PC loaner program
• Managing the PC refresh for the office

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 1 year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A+ certification preferred, or ability to complete within 6 months
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Help Desk/Service Desk experience
• Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance
