Job Description
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, software, and network/domain.
- Diagnose and correct any discovered or reported problems with equipment, software, and network/domain.
- Track & document your work clearly and efficiently.
- Work directly with our internal ticketing system for all communication and coordination.
- Microsoft Windows Desktops
- Support and maintenance of Sage X3
- Support involving handheld scanners
- Office 365 Environment
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 – 2019
- Active Directory including domain structure, unlocking accounts
- Computer Hardware
- DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- VM Ware
