Job Description
IT Support Specialist As an IT Support Specialist, you will support our internal users while troubleshooting technologies across the enterprise. You will collaborate with your team to work through technical issues while finding new ways to streamline the support experience. This role is located at our Austin, TX headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides front-line remote technical support to internal customers, including permissions, provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Support Windows 10, email systems, imaging/deployment, network connectivity, and other user support incidents as needed.
- Log and track support incidents as well as coordinate internal IT resources for the successful completion of IT issues.
- Analyzes support request trends and identifies larger problems within the environment, escalating to management as needed.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-2 years of experience supporting end users in a Windows environment.
- Remote support across multiple teams and departments.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Outlook/Office 365, and setting/updating user permissions.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fixing laptop and desktop devices.
- Nice to have: A+ and/or Microsoft certifications.
- Nice to have: Office 365 and ServiceNow experience.
