Type: Full Time
Pay: Salary BOE, plus commission & overrides

We’re seeking an ambitious IT Staffing Account Manager, which has a focus on the IT contingent staffing industry.

We’re looking for an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager, that has been in the staffing industry for 3+ years and has managed/built a big book of business already. This individual’s sole responsibility is to drive customer acquisition and expansion, focusing on both business expansion as well as managing, leading and working effectively with the delivery team. This IT Staffing Account Manager will work in a fast-paced environment alongside the Director of Business Development to initiate a plan of management and farming. You must possess persistence, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and a desire to grow professionally in your career.

As an IT Staffing Account Manager, you will be in constant communication with active, inactive and new clients on prospective candidates, client job needs, budget adjustments, and more. While this role involves a large amount of phone time and outbound emails, as well as client visits, our Account Managers find it personally and financially rewarding.

You must the experience to manage and build a book of business in the past, leveraging contract labor and have go-to relationships with direct clients or MSP/VMS models to leverage and generate new MSA’s with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling
  • Build trusted relationships with client companies, and manage fee negotiations, conversion rates and bill rates. Learn the client’s corporate culture, interview process, benefit information, etc. to become an extension of their staffing team.
  • Professionally represent the company through marketing strategies
  • Maintain and create relationships with industry contacts
  • Collaborate with other Account Managers and Recruiters in order to find optimal job matches
  • Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
  • Talk on the phone with clients on a daily basis and give weekly status updates
  • Sell and negotiate ET’s recruiting services to active and target customers
  • May conduct an onsite analysis in order to better understand job requirements and forecast customers’ staffing needs.
  • Analyzes business trends and relevant economic indicators for hiring and compensation information to utilize in the selection of candidates.
  • Manage client company expectations by building trust and respect in order to control timeliness, rates, exclusivity, responsiveness, etc.
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.
