THE ROLE’S MISSION

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to help oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure and software within the organization. Their main duties include project planning, resource allocation, and project implementation that is in line with the organization’s standards and policies.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • An infectious positive attitude
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple business partners to identify opportunities and drive engagement
  • Ability to manage your time, keep things from falling through the cracks and provide timely follow-through while juggling multiple, simultaneous open projects
  • Previous experience in business intelligence and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Process-oriented. Able to pivot quickly and not afraid to get your hands dirty!
  • Demonstrated conflict management and resolution experience
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • PMP certification or Professional Project certification preferred
  • Knowledge of modern Cloud Infrastructure, for example:
    • Okta / Okta Workflows
    • GSuite
    • MacOS / iOS / TVoS
    • Meraki
    • JAMF Pro, JAMF Connect & JAMF Protect + other MDM platforms (Airwatch, Intune. etc.)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO

  • Provide support to the project team by managing project scheduling, tracking issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for coordinating timely project meetings, producing meetings notes, and following up on any necessary action items.
  • Create and maintain project documents in various capacities.
  • Regularly conduct internal and external project reviews to work to improve processes.
  • Technical writing including the ability to understand a business problem, write out the requirements professionally and be able to translate that into an executable task.
  • Analyze our business processes and write procedure specifications
  • Use data to understand business patterns and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize ever-evolving tasks
  • Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
  • Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
