IT Project Manager

• Possess strong analytical skills.
• The key responsibility for the role will be the Process standardization, definition, and implementation.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers.
• Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.
• The position will require a very detail oriented professional to understand the business needs and translate them to the technical team to be implemented.
• Manage and coordinate all operations from technological services with providers, ensuring that they comply with all daily operational activities in a timely and reliable manner, as well as, coordination of maintenance plans, deployment of improvements or evolutionary, coordination of incidents.
• Design of IT systems service, either new or modification of an existing one. (Service levels, service catalog, capacity, availability, etc.)
• Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements.

EXPERIENCE
Required:

• 5+ years of experience on busines process related work
• Experience in a business function support role across multiple users

EDUCATION
Required:

• IT Bachelor’s degree

Desired:

• PMP certification
• ITIL certification
