Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and management across multiple work streams related to Corporate IT (internal) initiatives, with direct oversight from IT operations leadership
  • Manage Corporate IT projects through the full lifecycle – from planning to execution, through to deployment and knowledge transfer
  • Develop and balance project plans for successful execution, managing teams, resources, budgets, and deliverables
  • Proactively identify and manage issues/risks
  • Leverage business analysis skills in gathering, understanding, and translating project requirements into solutions
  • Act as a liaison between Tech Operations, Corporate IT, and other shared services units, such as Product or HR
  • Collaborate with key business leaders and executives to ensure projects align with transformation goals and objectives, I.e. benefit realization, organization alignment, costs, risks, etc.
  • Identify and implement project/program management best practices, where applicable
  • Project manage the deployment of new tech, hardware, efficiencies, processes, and procedures across the Shared Services organization
  • Act as a change agent, enabling these solutions to be adopted effectively and seamlessly by the business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required
  • Professional Services or Consulting industry experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 7-10+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure/operations implementation focused PM or IT Change Manager role
  • Preference for experience having led a new office buildouts or existing office moves
  • Ability to manage multiple project initiatives, workstreams, and/or project teams simultaneously
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various shared business units – Accounting/Finance, HR, Talent, Corporate IT, Internal Product, etc.
  • Strong communication and project management skills that have been utilized successfully in fast paced, dynamic corporate environments
  • Willingness to learn new technologies to enable West Monroe's internal IT landscape to be as efficient as possible
