This job is primarily responsible for working closely with the business in developing and supporting the systems and processes that facilitate CGB’s Agri Financial (AgFi) division. In this job, you will:

This job is primarily responsible for working closely with the business in developing and supporting the systems and processes that facilitate CGB’s Agri Financial (AgFi) division. In this job, you will:
- Understand and support AgFi’s overall business, and specifically servicing, processes and data
- Work with loan servicing information and systems
- Create complex queries using TSQL
- Create complex reports using SSRS (SQL Reporting Services) or a similar reporting tool
- Create data integration packages using SSIS (SQL Integration Services) or similar ETL tool.
- Create secure and compliant business-to-business (B2B) integration solutions.
- Create business analytical reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Design and develop web-based business applications in the Microsoft .NET Framework
- Support existing off-the-shelf and custom applications using various frameworks: .NET, Dynamic CRM, COBOL, Visual FoxPro, Excel
- Plan and manage projects using the Agile methodology
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Preferred – 5 or more years as a programmer. Experience working with loan/mortgage servicing systems is a plus.
- TSQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Report Writing: SSRS, Crystal Report, Active Reports
- Extract Transform Load (ETL) Processes and Tools
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Process and Tools
- Web Application Development: C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript
- Programming Patterns and Practices: OOP, ORM, Unit Testing
- Debugging and Troubleshooting
- System Security and Compliance (Certificates, Encryption, SOC-1&2)
- Agile Software Development
- This is a full-time position working out of our office(s) in Louisville, KY.
- Travel, travel for project work, meetings and trainings will be less than 5% of the employee’s total work days.
