IT Network & Security Manager

The Network & Security Manager will play an integral role in:

• Manage WAN & LAN strategy and day to day support

• Maintain configuration and upkeep of network components (switch, routers, firewalls, WAP, etc)

• Primary interface / relationship manager to WAN provider

• Maintain network monitoring systems to ensure uptime

• Oversee VOIP platform

• Perform and manage IT risk assessments to support requirements of various security frameworks.

• Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents

• Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.

• Work with security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.

• Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.

• Stay current on IT security trends and news.

• Carry out site by site IT / operations security, license, and asset audits

• Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management

• Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management

• Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards

• Present to / advise regional management on group IT security policies/processes and issues

What we need from you.

• Bachelor's degree

• 7 years work experience

• 5 years network experience

• 3 years cyber security experience

• Experience in an enterprise environment (multiple sites in different locations)

• Ability to collaborate/partner with the global business

Qualifications that can set you apart.

• Experience using analytical instrumentation

• CISSP Certification

• Cisco Certification

Experience with any of the following platforms:

• Meraki Wireless Cloud / AP

• McAfee Endpoint Protection

• HP / Aruba Switches

• Cisco Switches

• Cisco Routers

• Solarwinds / PRTG monitoring systems

• Riverbed Steelhead WAN Optimization

• Checkpoint Firewalls / Palo Alto Firewalls

• Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)

• Shoretel VOIP

• Windows
