IT Manager of Enterprise Workflow & Process Automation Platforms (Appian / RPA) is needed for GeoLogics top Defense & Intelligence company. This telecommute position is a key leadership role that will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise IT Platforms. Responsibilities

- Lead a team of talented IT professionals to ideate, plan design, develop and deliver tools and applications that streamline and digitize business processes.
- Partner with stakeholders and across IT and business to define use-cases, requirements, and business needs for workflow, BPM and automation.
- Understand the state, the vendor/technology landscape, cloud strategies and offerings, and use to define strategies, roadmaps and business cases that transform our processes.
- Keep abreast of trends, emerging technologies and evangelize these in support of the strategy. Be a change agent to instill a process improvement mindset using process automation technology.
- Strong mindset and passion for technology innovation, responsible for strategy development and delivery, building a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and the evolution of people, process and technology. Ability to sense, adapt, and anticipate when change is needed and to deliver on it.
- Measure, monitor, assess and optimize the value delivered by investment in the platform.
- Foster servant leadership and create a culture embracing innovation, continual learning and improvement and one which adopts new practices and to drive performance, engagement and value.
- People leader, responsible for all aspects of employee engagement, including directing, coaching, supporting and providing frequent feedback to develop, challenge and grow a team of leaders and technical staff. Optimize team effectiveness, enhance service delivery, and support employee work/life balance. Establish and implement effective succession plans.
- Oversee the delivery of strategic IT project initiatives working closely with project management, business users, and various technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes and deliverables.
- Understanding and adhering to security, audit and compliance policies such as SOX. Execute on risk mitigation strategies to improve the overall company security posture.
- Moderate business travel required.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Enterprise Workflow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Appian
- Experience with Hyper-automation; Low-code/no-code; AI/ML, Intelligent Process Automation, Data integration technologies; Platform as a Service (PaaS); enterprise process mapping, modeling, monitoring, and engineering; UX, Agile, & DevSecOps.
- Experience with UIPath, Blue Prism or similar technologies is highly desired. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.
- Capturing requirements, use cases, gap analysis, etc. to inform the development and execution of a strategic vision, roadmap, and initiative planning or execution.
- Exposure to various enterprise IT applications and experience with implementing and managing cloud-based services (AWS, Azure).
