IT Analyst II

OU IT Digital Innovations Group (DIG) Business Analysts function as part of our project management team, seeking to achieve the best outcomes through alignment of stakeholder needs with IT resources. DIG BAs work closely with customers, developers, project managers and others to ensure that needs are accurately understood, and desired outcomes achieved.
Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:

• 24 months of computer experience

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Expert analytical and problemsolving thinking
• Abilities to adapt and organize
• Deep understanding of data, its flows and uses by stakeholders
• Learn, integrate and administer COTS applications
• Understand customer(s) business needs and align with IT
• Agile PM card construction
• Agile PM card verification
• Testing of custom developed applications
