Job Description:

Our ITA consultants consistently re-invent their skills by staying on top of IT industry and business trends and through actively engaging with dozens of actual client IT environments each year. Our teams are small, which means every member is responsible for delivering insight, recommendations, and team leadership as part of their role.

NetSuite Solutions Architect

The Solution Architect Manager / Senior Staff is responsible for the implementation of NetSuite Cloud ERP. He/ She will work within a project team and will be responsible for managing clients in mostly a post-sale environment. This position will assess client needs, develop solutions and implement them to the client's satisfaction. Our Consultants must have a passion for helping clients. Managing success against typical project constraints are a requirement of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams through the overall implementation processes by providing consistent and thorough feedback

• Mentor and supervise staff, provide feedback, conduct training with other team members, distribute and oversee work of others assigned to the team

• Identify and document business requirements as per the Statement of Work

• Prioritize customer success and project scope

• Develop functional and process design and prototyping– functional and technical

• Build, develop and test scripted solutions

• Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle

• Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments

• Transition customer after go live to account management and support

Qualifications:

• 7+ years consulting experience with NetSuite Cloud ERP

• 10+ years consulting experience with cloud enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Sage Intaact or Workday

• Strong background/Experience with inventory management, WMS, retail, online processing, shipping, manufacturing, wholesale companies

• Strong understanding of the Sales and Accounting/ Finance process from Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, at minimum. Build-to-Order, desired, but not required

• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills (MS Visio and MS PowerPoint)

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with multi-cultural teams

• Seasoned industry experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, services, fintech or retail

• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills

• Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projects

• Strong understanding of the Sales and Accounting/ Finance process from Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, at minimum. Build-to-Order, desired, but not required

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

• NetSuite Certified Professional, desired, but not required

• Techno-Functional experience, desired, but not required

• Ability to travel 50%

Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation and dispute resolution consulting and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for a broad range industries from financial institutions to manufacturing and beyond.

Colorado Pay Range: $149,440 - $246,560
