Our IS Supervisors oversee personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure assigned projects are implemented in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.

IS Supervisors perform a wide range of tasks, including:
- Planning and preparing personnel for their roles within projects;
- Organizing all the resources required for successful project completion;
- Coordinating the delivery and pick-up of third-party equipment and supplies;
- Effectively communicating project status and progress to customers;
- Accurate and timely handling of all required paperwork, including reports to management;
- Ensuring internal audits are conducted for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures;
- Actively developing direct reports through regular discussions about performance feedback, development opportunities, and career planning.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience in industrial services or related field;
- Valid driver's license;
- Ability and willingness to travel;
- Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
