Job Description

Answering phones

Calling customer to confirm jobs.

Create invoices and work orders on a daily basis.

Prepare job files and folders.

Downloading job files and folders.

Downloading job pictures.

Entering information into Excel Spreadsheets.

Other misc. duties as needed

Job Requirements

Proficient in English.

Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel.

Willing to learn our in house software.

Able to work independently and stay on schedule/task.

High degree of attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task

Customer service skills on the telephone.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
