About The Role:

Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

Objective: Responsible for all warehousing, incoming and outgoing materials and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders to ship to clients and customers.

• Ensure products are shipped in order by comparing QA production reports and purchase.

• Organize inbound and outbound inventory, and coordinate with the production department.

• Work with Purchasing on incoming material related issues.

• Work with Logistics on shipping and receiving related issues.

• Update material receipts and prepare production work order kits.

• Perform physical inventory.

• Manage 3 direct reports (Material Handlers).

• Maintain and clean warehouse, loading docks, etc.

• Provide input to improve current processes.

• Follow SOPs.

• Support other production areas as needed.

• Person will be required to use a pallet jack/powered pallet jack. Each pallet can carry weight between 200 to 500 lbs. Individual weight lifting will be below 30 lbs (There will typically be two people lifting the heavy stuff).

About You:

• High School or equivalent

• Basic math skills

• Willing and able to be certified to use forklift.

• Willing and able to complete MPI and SOPs training.

Pluses:

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse management
