Inventory Control Specialist

The purpose of this position primarily will maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while ensuring accurate records of all procurements at two facilities (Green Gear Solutions and Oregon Compassion Solutions).
Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Oversee and ensure efficient inventory processes and control
• Provide necessary paperwork to the administrative office as needed
• Maintain visibility to available inventory ? Currently using Dropbox
• Ensure all information relating to all inbound and outbound product is being entered and tracked accurately and appropriately

Pay Rate - $20/hr

• Advanced BI/Leaflogix Experience (required)
• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Card (required)
• Understand all aspects of product movement within facilities, as well as distribution to customers and external service providers (extractors, laboratories)
• 2+ years experience with cannabis flower
• Ability to get along well with others
• Must have good computer skills – Excel, Word, and Metrc
• Must be flexible in nature to handle changes in an exciting and dynamic environment
