Job Description
In this role, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on administrative and/or operational matters in inventory control, financial management, human resources, and other related areas. This position is available to college graduates.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and verify that product and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies, and ensures the accuracy of billing/ordering information.
- Use the appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled, and stored correctly.
- Work close with supervisors to create material orders into the system.
- Is the contact for providers on the job site.
- Coordinate with supervisors to maintain appropriate inventory levels of materials.
- Administers services on the site and keep track of their delivery.
- Execute all safety protocols and will accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA Standards.
- Equipment Operation in performing assigned duties, the equipment used can include but is not limited to, a pallet jack, order picker, and scissor lift.
- Frequent: lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of moderately heavy weight objects (up to 70 pounds); controlling or driving materials handling equipment in a congested warehouse environment.
- Collect and send to human resources time sheets and any other information regarding new hires.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in inventory, warehousing, distribution, or related functions preferred.
- Must have a High school diploma or general education degree.
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with Excel and Outlook.
- Must have OSHA 10 Certification.
- Forklift Certified required.
