We are bringing innovation to a stagnant industry and are looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team in New York Operations office.
Inventory Associate Responsibilities:
- Daily distribution of allocated quantities of Vaccines, and/or end of shift recollection.
- Perform cycle count, maintain and update the necessary inventory records utilizing inventory management system (Eturns).
- Unpacks and checks goods received against packing slip, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary, records shortages.
- Distributes PPE Inventory to teams serving on various projects.
- Maintain an organized stockroom where materials are easily accessible.
- Monitor stock levels of all items for daily/weekly fulfillment and ensure there are no shortages of materials.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in Inventory, inclusive of shipping, receiving and stocking.
- Experience and knowledge of cycle counting and material reconciliation.
- Flexible and agile, ability to solve problems with minimal direction.
- Ability to work collaboratively, cross-functionally with different parts of the organization both individually and as part of a team environment.
- Handle multiple projects/tasks at one time with strong attention to all details.
- Must be able to work a flexible 5-day schedule including Saturday and Sundays when necessary, coming in early, staying late if needed.
- May be required to lift 5 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Should be punctual and dependable, with excellent attendance.
Basic computer literacy with capacity to learn new technology.
