Interim Youth Leader

Do you have a heart for Christian Youth outreach & to help develop their relationship with The Lord?
Cornerstone Fellowship Mililani Mauka is looking for a high-spirited individual with a passion for worship and for leading youth to develop and strengthen their relationship with God. This position is part time and will require coordination with the Pastor and other church committees. It will also be necessary to reach out to parents of youth and gather their support for youth activities.
The Part-Time Youth Leader is expected to plan and lead our Youth/Young Adult in worship and bible study to help further the development of their personal relationships with Jesus Christ.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and lead Youth/YA small group weekly Sunday bible studies with assistance of volunteer co-leaders
• Plan and lead Youth/YA group bonding activities during mid-week evening small group studies
• Plan and lead Youth/YA community outreach events on a regular basis

This is a part-time (approximately 13-15 hours/week) interim position (approx. employment minimum 12 -18 mos.). This position will help to fill the gap while the team searches to fill a full-time Associate Pastor of Youth position. Estimated wage $20-25/hour dependent on background and experience. This position does not include relocation or housing allowance.
