Interface Specialist, Municipal Court Software

• Analyze data fields in client 3rd party exports and configuration of mapping to coinciding fields in Tyler software applications
• Conduct testing of interface and resolve all issues in exported data, communicating testing results to clients, 3rd party vendors and Project Managers
• Configuration and implementation of Online Merchant credentials for clients online payment and processing portals.
• Respond, resolve and document client related interface issues through Dynamics
• Installation and configuration of Interface software applications
• Document and update Interface implementation instruction documentation
• Plan work schedule and ensure that work is completed as scheduled in the project plan
• Conduct client training for 3rd party interface
• Escalate unresolved issues or scheduling risks appropriately
• Provide client proof of delivery, transfer to support documentation and communicate to Project Manager completion of project tasks

• Four-year college degree is preferred.
• Software life-cycle knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge or work experience in the domains that Incode serves is highly preferred; municipal financial management, utility billing, Incode Tax and/or municipal courts.

• Ability to work effectively with developers, network technicians, clients and 3rd Party Vendors.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of online merchant accounts and online processing portals

• Knowledge of standards for Windows-based software.
• Basic knowledge for creation of SQL server data / table structures
