Intelligent Automation Business Solutions Architect:

The Global Commercial Services Intelligent Automation Center for Excellence is responsible for identifying, defining and delivering transformative capabilities leveraging intelligent automation and other advanced technologies across GCS to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and partnering to drive enterprise scalability. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovating GCS processes and product offerings using new and emerging technologies and solving difficult business problems.

The Intelligent Automation Business Solution Architect will be a key player in the in the Center for IA defining the process and capabilities business framework to deliver best in class automation solutions for GCS driving business value. They will collaborate closely with our technology partners, business stakeholders, 3rd party providers, and enterprise partners to advise, define and deliver solutions in support of our GCS strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of governance, frameworks and procedures to continually improve a rapid, standardized and scalable delivery model
• Understand business processes and provide business architecture and design solutions in collaboration with automation strategists, business and technology teams
• Define To-Be state, create and maintain the appropriate design documents throughout the initiative lifecycle
• Assess automation opportunities from a tool and capability perspective and design enterprise-grade solutions that are efficient, scalable and maintainable
• Provide leadership in design, development, and testing of business solutions
• Work with developers, business analysts, automation strategists and subject matter experts to understand the complex capabilities and processes in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options
• Configure new processes and automation objects using design principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Communicate solution approaches to automation peers, enterprise architects, project teams and other stakeholders
• Design automation libraries and reusable components consistent with enterprise standards and agile development
• Integrate roadmaps developed by other business units and capability owners to ensure consistency and transparency
• Define creative solutions for complex business problems using existing capabilities while setting the course for continual uplift of processes and tools consistent with the automation roadmap
• Keep up to date on cutting edge IA technologies
• Bring a can-do attitude and push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Experience with intelligent automation and concepts
• Ability to speak the languages of both business and technology and quickly determine the right message to the right audience
• Ability to apply strong strategic thinking in designing solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Highly adept at handling multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 6+ years industry experience with a focus on solution design
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of Process Transformation, Solution Design and/or Capability development. Knowledge of Intelligent Automation, machine learning, NLP a plus
• Communicate strategy changes and directions to product management team
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to story-line to business and technology stakeholders and partners
• Strong storytelling skills to couple the strategic and tactical roadmaps to business and technology
• Adept at learning complex intelligent automation concepts and incorporating into functional designs
• Quick learner to understand business functional areas, and discerning business requirements accordingly
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in fast-paced client environment
• Excellence in MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and Jira
• Introduce enterprise automation and related architecture and solutions to product management team

Minimum Qualifications
