**This position is contingent upon contract award**


SOSi is seeking an experienced Intelligence Doctrine and Policy Development Advisor to support a Security Cooperation mission in Honduras.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Joint Staff, Intelligence Directorate, and Joint Doctrine Command with intelligence doctrine and policy development.
  • Assist in development of overarching doctrine for Military Intelligence applicable to, & synchronized with, current and developing Honduran National Security Policy, National Security Strategic Plan, and the vision for improving the Armed Forces’ joint military intelligence capability.
  • Assist in development of strategic training plan for nascent military intelligence career field or specialty and assist in creating framework for future of Honduran military intelligence organization(s), structure, training, and force employment.
  • Mission focus is at the strategic and national defense policy level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 years or more experience in defense intelligence policy and doctrine.
  • Intelligence experience at US Joint Staff, Service Staff, Combatant Command, or Service Major Command.
  • Former US military field grade officer.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish language.
  • Experience in Honduras.

Working Conditions

  • Willingness to live and work under environmental and other conditions that may be uncomfortable or hazardous at times.
  • Requires periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
