Position- Integrations Engineer
Location- Remote within United States

Zscaler is seeking a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of building out and supporting technology for Enterprise Applications. In this role, you will be working on integration projects, managing integrations, and other technical services. You will work with colleagues and business users to understand business requirements, gather information, and build the integrations which connect enterprise applications and/or external partner/customer applications as utilized at Zscaler.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

• Work with business users in translating business goals into integration flows/designs; apply critical and creative thinking/approach to technology strategies that further business objectives while keeping in mind performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, flexibility, and cost
• Perform project/requirements analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical leads, other developers, along with business users, to understand requirements and develop integration flows/solutions according to business requirements
• Supports code deployments and configuration changes to production and non- production systems, following established procedures
• Take ownership of business issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication and providing meaningful feedback on a regular basis
• Analyze integration requirements and perform gap analysis; craft and manage technical design documents
• Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations

Qualifications/Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience
• 4 years of experience with any one of the integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft or Workato IS A MUST
• Strong understanding of various integration technologies, including iPaaS, REST, SOAP, XML, SQL, FTP/Filesystems
• Professional Dell Boomi Developer or Architect certification; or development experience on iPaaS applications such as Workato, Mulesoft, and Informatica is a big plus
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to create original concepts and hypotheses for a variety of projects
• Strong system and data flow knowledge; ability to learn and adapt to new product flows and software technologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business problems in technical solutions
