Integrated Marketing Account Coordinator - Providence, RI

We’re currently looking for a creative, results-focused Account Coordinator to join our Integrated Marketing team in our Providence, RI office who will play a key supporting role in executing client digital marketing programs.

Here’s a mix of what you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Supporting account leads in all facets of account programs
  • Assisting with weekly status & conference reports (internal and client-facing)
  • Assisting in the execution/editing of content creation
  • Assisting in presentation & strategy creation
  • Working closely with Project Management, the account lead and internal teams to make sure no deadlines are missed
  • Actively participate in client/team meetings, offering creative ideas/solutions
  • Learn and collaborate with project management tools like Trello/ClickUp/Asana is a plus
  • Experience HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce or other CRM/CMS experience a big plus.
  • Digital marketing experience across channels like Social, Search and Email (CRM)

Along with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience working with b2b and b2c clients via internships, agency experience a big plus
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fast learner with an inquisitive mind and eye for detail
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the Digital Marketing industry.
