DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Logistics Analyst – Senior to support the Product Manager Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP). PdM I3MP modernizes and delivers global network infrastructure, technologies, and capabilities worldwide in direct support to the Army, Joint Warfighters, and other mission and coalition partners, enabling strategic information sharing, enterprise services, and command and control while transforming the network into a centralized, more secure, operationalized, and sustainable enterprise.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Identifies all actions and required information related to the requirements, development, and execution of the Life Cycle Logistics processes, as well as material fielding support to projects and products.
  • Plans, integrates, coordinates, analyzes and evaluates Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) in relation to the acquisition.
  • Coordinates ILS and/or input to evaluation plans and reports and develops ILS requirements.
  • Assists in the development of cost estimates, cost evaluations, programmatic evaluations, risks management planning, development of program management requirements, and work statements.
  • Oversees program reviews evaluating cost, schedule and performance of industry partner execution.
  • Reviews and evaluates the inherent logistics requirements supportability of assigned systems providing comments on requirement documents, test reports, and other key acquisition documents.
  • Utilizes logistics models to evaluate system suitability.
  • Coordinates integration efforts with other contracting personnel and operations to assure efforts are coordinated and to identify and resolve problems.
  • Manages all warehouse and logistics processes to include shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of materials according to Army and program policies and procedures.
  • Develops material fielding plans and documents IAW with U.S. Army policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates and synchronize program objectives and execution plans with required staff agencies within the DoD, Department of the Army (DA), and designated Army Commands.
  • Updates PM on all logistics issues and support long-range program planning for assigned projects and the preparation of program briefings for higher headquarters.
  • Augments the program at various implementation meetings in person or via telecom/ VTC such as weekly and quarterly status reviews and Systems Engineering reviews.
  • Records and compiles meeting minutes and action items for record and development of trip reports.
  • Maintains automated file system and databases for the team.
  • Develops and updates reoccurring reports including WeekSum, SITREPs, Memorandum for Records, Staff Notes, and contracting support documents.
  • Serves as technical advisor on logistics within organization, ILS and acquisition communities.
  • Analyzes information from multiple sources to compile a complete, holistic solution within areas of expertise; and easily communicate those recommendations and issues to high-level commanders/executives to influence decisions that support the organization's overall strategic plan.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Have an understanding and experience with large, complex IT projects and organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Power Point required.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Secret clearance.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant experience.
  • Level III Life Cycle Logistics DAWIA Certification or Civilian equivalent.
  • MS Project certification required.
  • Experience supporting all products during the development, production and sustainment phases of the life cycle.
  • Experience providing services sufficient to perform the full range of integrated logistics support (ILS) functions and tasks to those defined and described in AR 700-127 (Integrated Logistics Support), DA PAM 700-127 (Integrated Logistics Support Managers Guide), AR 700-142 (Type Classification, Materiel Release, Fielding and Transfer), DA PAM 700-142 (Instructions for Materiel Release, Fielding and Transfer), AR 70-47 (Engineering for Transportability), AR 350-1 (Army Training and Leader Development), AR 70-1 (Army Acquisition Policy), DA PAM 70-1 (Instructions for Army Acquisition Policy), AR 750-1 (Army Materiel Maintenance Policy), AR 750-10 (Army Modification Program), DA PAM 700-56 (Logistics Supportability Planning and Procedures in Army Acquisition), AR 700-138 (Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability), and the OSD Supportability Guide (Designing and Assessing Supportability in DoD Weapon Systems: A Guide to Increased Reliability and Reduced Logistics Footprint) in support of any and all PdM managed programs during all stages of the Army acquisition life cycle.
  • Experience providing services sufficient to assess, comment, document and resolve ILS issues pertaining to, but not limited to, ILS documentation, Manpower/Personnel Integration (MANPRINT), technical manuals, training, training materials, materiel fielding, total package fielding, New Equipment Training (NET), provisioning, configuration audits, and technical data packages (TDPs) for PdM systems, major assemblies, subassemblies, and replenishment parts.

This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.
