  • Answer Multi-lined switchboards
  • Intake of personal injury applications and corresponding documents
  • Manage funding application intake, processes, procedures, and workflow, including some maintenance of contract management system
  • Assisting with collection and review of any and all personal injury documents submitted for funding
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills for documentation, data entry, file sharing, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of paralegal duties a plus!
  • Making daily outbound calls to client and attorney’s regarding application status and assisting with funding needs
  • Update company database on an as-needed basis with client and attorney filing information
  • Assist our call center representatives with client-related inquiries & follow up calls
  • Support marketing representatives with follow up calls and no-doc cases, gathering information verbally from attorneys and paralegals
  • Collaborate with our Sales department to ensure a perfect/high-touch hand-off and an ongoing open dialogue

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Previous exposure to legal documents, concepts, workflows, and responsibilities of lawyers
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • You know how to preemptively and retroactively deal with client emotions

Requirements:

1-year legal experience

2-years customer service experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

Typical start time:

  • 9AM

Typical end time:

  • 6PM
