Job Description

Position: Intake Assistant
Supervisor: Director – Project Home
Position Description: Reporting directly to the Director of Project Home and the Intake Coordinator, the Intake Assistant is responsible for the intake, assessment, and organization of requests for assistance. In addition, the position will assist with program data entry.
Responsibilities:

  • Directly complete intakes and assessments for requests for assistance in a timely manner.
  • Organize all requests for assistance to ensure quick turnaround of each intake.
  • Perform assessments in person or over the phone and collect and organize all necessary documents to prove eligibility for program assistance.
  • Complete all paperwork for the finance department.
  • Perform general data entry for Project Home

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (GED will be accepted)
  • Minimum of one year of clerical and data entry experience
  • Must possess ability to work with data in a systematic manner
  • Must be reliable, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work with a team

Hours: 17 hours per week
Salary: $18.12 per hour
