Our Allstate Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our successful sales team. As an Insurance sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Property & Casualty & Life insurance business. We are looking for a goal orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our marketshare.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, & market appropriate products and services
  • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Call on prospective clients and generate new sales leads while also developing a deeper relationship with existing customer accounts.
  • Leads will be provided to you, but you will also work to generate warmer sales leads through your own personal networking and prospecting.
  • Utilize Agency marketing systems, or those you may develop, to solicit and sell insurance and related products

Requirements
  • A track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales OR experience in the insurance industry. 1-2 years sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to multi-task and handle pressure
  • A goal-oriented mindset
  • A team-player approach and a can-do attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals
  • The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
  • Bilingual (i.e. fluent Spanish speaker)is a plus but not required
  • P & C insurance license (financial assistance in obtaining licenses and a $3,000 increase to base compensation if you also obtain your life license)
