About Us:

We're a young Farmers Insurance agency in the heart of West Little Rock looking for an intelligent, driven, optimistic, and outgoing producer for a full-time position. Forget sitting at a desk and manually calling one disinterested lead after another; we're not looking for our next burn-out victim. Instead, our agency is using the latest technology to take a streamlined, multi-faceted approach to new-client recruitment, including email, text messaging, social media, live lead transfers, etc. We'll give you what you need to make the process as efficient and rewarding as possible. The Day-to-Day:

  • Diligently and ethically convert leads to sales through text, phone, or email by rapidly responding to quote requests.
  • Develop your natural market of friends, acquaintances, and referrals, and represent the agency as an active member of your local community.
  • Meet monthly/yearly sales goals without needing to be micro-managed.
  • Help existing clients add and change coverage, manage their policy, or submit a claim.

What You Need:

  • Licensing: We'd prefer to hire someone already licensed to sell property and casualty insurance, but we're willing to train a motivated person. You'll also need to obtain a life/health license within three months of hiring.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a successful, licensed producer is preferred.
  • Technology: We're a tech-driven agency, so computer proficiency is a must. Along with Word, Excel, and Outlook, you'll be working in lead- and client-management systems that are always improving and changing.
  • Communication: This is a job of almost constant interaction, so we need someone with fantastic interpersonal communication skills on the phone, text, and email.
  • Personal Drive: We need someone willing to manage their own workload and figure out what needs to be done with occasional, strategic oversight.
