At our Agency, our clients are our number one priority.

We are looking to hire a full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who has or can obtain a Property and Casualty license who can uphold the high quality of service we are known for. We will train and pay the cost to obtain the license upon joining the company.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at communicating effectively with potential clients, enthusiastic, organized, reliable, honest, and serious about completing objectives. Potential candidates that are motivated, self-sufficient, sincere, trustworthy, diligent, and have a positive attitude have an unlimited potential for growth in our company.

Personal Lines CSR Duties Include:

• Answering Phone Calls
• Scanning Documents
• Accepting Customer Payments
• Customer Service
• Data Entry
• General Administrative Duties
• Marketing (outbound calls)
• Quoting
• Servicing Accounts
• Any other tasks assigned by Management
