Job Description

As a major investment initiative of JPMorgan's Commercial Bank, Catalyst is a large-scale, multi-year program that develops technology to transform and digitize the sales efforts of the business. Centered around CRM, the program designs and implements tools to elevate operational efficiency, drive sales effectiveness and empower the front-line banker.

The Catalyst Go-to-Market team manages the engagement platform that prepares, educates and supports Commercial Banking users globally. As a member of the Go-to-Market team, you will design and deliver programs to drive user education, engagement, and adoption. From learning journeys to training sessions, how-to videos to marketing collateral, or orientations to feedback sessions, you will craft and execute comprehensive training plans and deliver high-quality content to help the businesses understand and use Catalyst tools. You will collaborate routinely with business partners to ensure effectiveness and collect user feedback to direct go-forward strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality content

  • Design and develop creative and interesting materials to appropriately address needs, including job aids, learning modules, training scripts, marketing sheets, engagement materials, etc.
  • Plan and design content that reflects an understanding of the diversity of users and use cases
  • Select and use a variety of techniques and mediums to define and sequence content and strategies
  • Ensure materials are professional, accessible and focused on the targeted outcomes

Design and facilitate Learning Curriculum and Training Programs
  • Collaborate with business partners to design and develop in-person, virtual, and e-learning courses
  • Obtain understanding of platform functionality
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Use data and internal reviews to make recommendations for how to develop curricula goals
  • Map role-based learning journeys
  • Manage logistics, technology, and catering for large scale training initiatives
  • Capture feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve and update the learning agenda
  • Evaluate and assess instruction and its impact on learners and the business
  • Participate in functionality reviews to understand upcoming releases and offerings
  • Develop learning agenda and supporting content needs
  • Participate in ongoing engagement forums to understand adoption success, gather user feedback, and plan ongoing support activities

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of work experience in content development, instructional design, training facilitation or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital product deployment in a complex corporate environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, complex, cross-functional environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce as a platform
  • Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
  • Experience facilitating training
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and expert presentation skills
  • Basic HTML programming knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum, Education, Business or similar field
