The Customer Service Planner position is a key position to the success of the Customer Service Team who plans and coordinates cryogenic system installations at customer sites, including bulk oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, CO2 and Hydrogen systems. Customer application equipment may be included in the scope of some projects.
Day to Day Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and reserving/ordering ALL capital assets in JDE for bulk installation projects.
- Interfaces with freight carriers, cranes companies, and contractors or suppliers.
- Work with internal sales groups, external customers and technicians.
- Supply drawings and technical specifications for installation of cryogenic liquid/gas systems.
- Project management for removal of cryogenic systems and supply of customer owned accounts. Site Surveys/Evaluations of new sites and upgrades at existing sites (Industrial, Medical, Electronic and Hydrogen and Pumping) Systems.
- Creation of Purchase Order requisitions and correlation with accounts payable and approved suppliers.
- Communication with various departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure proper timelines are met.
- Daily data entries into Field Centrix, JDE and Initial Impressions.
- Safety and Training related issues.
Computer requirements include- Windows OS, JDE, MS Office.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years xperience Planning & Project Management
- Excellent communication, team interaction and presentation skills
- Self-starter, who is comfortable working independently, effectively manages multiple tasks and achieves results with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with computers, websites and standard software packages (MS Office, MS Teams, Skype)
- Professional and Technical Excellence
- Safety, Health, Environmental Awareness
- Excellent problem solving, time management and leadership skills.
- AutoCAD recommended but not required.
