Title: Inspection Lead - 81596
Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

As an Inspection Lead for John Deere’s North American Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Milan, IL, you will lead the identification, isolation and resolution of non- conforming parts within the warehouse. In addition, you will:

• 
  Be responsible for the resolution of all non- conforming issues in inspection department.
• Be responsible for the cycle time of flow of material through the inspection department.
• Deliver inspection training and develop associated training materials.
• Interface with various departments or functional areas including field service, factory engineering, customer service, quality, etc. as required to resolve technical issues.

• 
  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both salary and production personnel
• Root cause analysis skills
• 1 or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver results
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• 
  Experience working in inspection
• The ability to review, document and improve processes

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
