Title: Inspection Lead - 81596
Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position
As an Inspection Lead for John Deere’s North American Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Milan, IL, you will lead the identification, isolation and resolution of non- conforming parts within the warehouse. In addition, you will:
Be responsible for the resolution of all non- conforming issues in inspection department.- Be responsible for the cycle time of flow of material through the inspection department.
- Deliver inspection training and develop associated training materials.
- Interface with various departments or functional areas including field service, factory engineering, customer service, quality, etc. as required to resolve technical issues.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both salary and production personnel- Root cause analysis skills
- 1 or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in inspection- The ability to review, document and improve processes
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
