Position Name- Inside Sales Executive
Job Location: -Greater Philadelphia & New Jersey
Job Description:
The individual will be responsible for identifying new sales leads and setting up appointments for the Sales Team. This includes lead generation, qualifying, setting appointments, making sales calls, converting into meeting fixation with our Business Development Executives. Effective management of territories and accurate reporting of sales activities is required.
- Research and gather information about target businesses and develop prospecting lists. Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate contacts.
- Create Lead sources via Cold Calls/Emails and perform various outbound campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets in addition to ongoing activities to build sales pipeline.
- Promptly follow-up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services. Document all activities and interactions in CRM. Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads/appointments through phone and email-based prospecting.
- Able to work under pressure and sharing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Minimum 3 years + experience in Inside Sales and lead generation through Cold Calling.
- Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving & exceeding appointment setting targets.
- Experience in the Managed Services Industry or any Technology Industry will be a huge plus.
- Strong qualifying, prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, set and go on appointments, handle objections positively and professionally.
- Proactively manage your schedule and sales pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Powerful written + verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills is a Must.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Employ creative tactics to reach the executive management of identified companies
