Job Description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, cross-selling, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls, lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails/texts, and social media.
- Cross-sell and up-sell current customers
- Understand and listen to the customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Skills
- Proven inside sales or account management experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient using a computer and typing.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma or GED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
