Job Description:

You will be responsible for reaching out to local businesses and getting them excited about meeting with us. This position does not involve selling a product/service. You will primarily be communicating with local businesses to schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team. You will practice continual qualifying of all leads and maintaining a database through prospecting and research, generating new leads with the drive and determination to expand our client base.


We are looking for a person who is outgoing, loves people, enjoys business, and has a proven track record of cultivating sales leads. Our inside sales representative is responsible for establishing new sales opportunities through effective phone, email, and social media prospecting. The ideal candidate is energetic, disciplined, motivated to be excellent and succeed, and hungry to learn.


Must be comfortable cold calling, developing new relationships, and having conversations with gatekeepers and senior-level executives.


Job Responsibilities:

80-100 calls per day to prospective business clients for the purpose of scheduling qualified appointments with decision makers. An average of 5-8 conversations daily with decision makers will produce 3-5 FTAs (“first time appointments”) set per week with a business development rep from our outside sales team.

  • Coordinate appointments with the assigned Business Development Representative
  • Identify decision makers in target organizations (Seamless Ai, LinkedIn, web-research, phone call)
  • Follow-up with qualified prospects and manage a lead pipeline
  • Own the lead cultivation process, identifying no-fits, cold to hot leads
  • Enter and maintain all leads and account engagements in designated CRM and activity playbook
  • Cold and warm outreach via phone, email, social, etc.
  • The ability to deliver our message that, ‘Every person who meets with us is going to walk away with value to make an impact in their company, whether or not they ever do business with us’.

What you need:

  • 1+ year of B2B sales or “work the phone” type position
  • 1+ year of HubSpot CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Fearless attitude— ability to overcome objections without giving up
  • Metric motivated and fiercely driven to achieve goals
  • Home office with high-speed internet.
  • Experience with a CRM, LinkedIn, Seamless Ai to manage a lead pipeline is a plus
  • Be Humble, Hungry, and People Smart
  • Previous experience in a technical or professional services field is a plus, but not required
  • Background check and drug screen required upon hire
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
