As an Inside Sale Representative, you will provide prospective customers with the information they need to take the next step in their home improvement plans! You will speak with customers daily, using your outstanding client service skills to excite the customers about what Bath Fitter can do for their homes!

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for setting appointments for estimates with prospective customers.

The Hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 11:30a - 8p and Friday 8:00a - 4:30p

Here is what we expect:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Appointment Setting or Scheduling experience preferred
• Adherence to company dress code, including covering visible tattoos
• Strong customer communication skills
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
