Description & Responsibilities
Do you have a burning desire to WIN? This Inside Sales position is a unique position within Summit 7 Systems and it will provide the right person with a capability to engage with customers across our market segment from small businesses to Inc 500 companies. It has the dual responsibility of taking care of existing customer requirements through processing existing licensing and hardware needs while also expanding work within those customers. Responsibilities:
Develops Software and Hardware Quotes for customers in a timely manner.
Responsible for working closely and directly with existing customers to identify business needs, desires and requirements. Provides written proposals and statements of work to meet the needs in a timely manner.
Responsible for maintaining all existing customer information and opportunities in a CRM solution
Responsible for development and management of software and hardware opportunities while working with the Primary Customer Account Managers and the executive team.
Responsible for responding to and following up on sales inquiries in a prompt, professional manner.
Maintains a strong working relationship with Microsoft and ISV partner teams.
Supports Executive Team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts and account analysis.
Researches competitive firms by identifying and evaluating service characteristics, capabilities, market share, pricing, and advertising.
Education
Associates or bachelor s degree in a technical field, Business or Marketing from a reputable institution.
Required Qualifications / Experience
2+ years of experience in the IT industry
Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint.
US Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check
Optional / Desired Qualifications
Proximity to Huntsville, Alabama preferred but not required
Experience working with Microsoft and Ingram Micro Corporate Policies and Procedures
CompTIA A+
ConnectWise & Quosal Knowledge
Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development.
Ability to identify and evaluate trends in industry best practice policies.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
