Superior Health Linens is currently seeking an entry level Inside Customer Service Representative to work with our Outside Team on Customer Satisfaction.
Your day will involve answering phone calls, running reports and analyzing data, creating excel worksheets, keeping inventory of stock items, creating letters, memos and marketing material. You will solve daily delivery issues, product shortage issues, customer calls on new products and daily orders.
This position will work with our Customers, Customer Service Team and Plant Production Team to achieve positive, successful outcomes for our business. Full Time - Day Shift
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Customer Service experience with an emphasis on problem solving. You must have a professional disposition as well as the ability to stay organized, multi task, and work independently. Computer software experience in Excel and Word is required as well as excellent math skills. Preference given to prior/active military.
