The Network Security Services team provides security to the production environment – automation, policy optimization, process improvement and product ownership/life-cycle management and is responsible for driving modifications, automation and/or process improvement through consulting with stakeholders and product ownership of Firewalls, Load Balancers and Proxies.

The Infrastructure Services Manager will identify and execute on improvements, including tactical, near-term improvements and long-term improvements to the way DTCC delivers network services while providing security to the production environment.

What You'll Do
Set direction and strategy for assigned team with guidance from team Director and Executive Director.
Establish team priorities and assign work to team members.
Manage the team to meet balanced scorecard targets by monitoring team progress towards metric targets and actively participating in Continuous Improvement-related initiatives to minimize unfavorable variances.
Direct and ensure smooth workflow within the Team by staying informed and in touch with key elements of the organization beyond their Team and communicating key messages and updates in a timely manner.
Maintain constructive relationships within and outside the Team.
Other duties, as assigned.
Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Your talents needed for success
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience leading a global team with 24x7 support responsibilities, focused on Network Security in both a data center and campus environment with a strong Firewall background
Network security experience with key technologies (CheckPoint, Infoblox, Palo Alto, and Blue Coat)
Experience with networking technologies (WAN/LAN, Routing Protocols, and DNS) and operating systems (VMWARE, Checkpoint, Palo Alto)
Network security (Firewall, Proxy, and IDS / IPS)

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
