- Developing roadmaps, policies and procedures to ensure consistency in how data is sourced and used across DTRA.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop, implement, maintain and propagate Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Data Officer (CDO), DTRA and government-wide data management policies, standards and guidelines
- Leading the Data Architecture capability for the Agency in the modernization and standardization of the data systems throughout the organization.
- Developing new theories on the optimal means in which data systems should be designed and implemented for DTRA.
- Designing and implementing new data systems to replace/upgrade current information systems including designing, orchestrating, implementing, and maintaining databases and data warehouses.

You may qualify at the GS- 14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:- Applying IT theories, principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices sufficient to develop new data theories, concepts, and principles.
- Developing and interpret policies, procedures, and strategies governing IT data management and architecture; providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical experts on critical data architecture issues.
- Applying new developments to previously unsolvable problems; and serve as a senior expert on data architecture to top management officials.
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to identify problems; determining accuracy and relevance of information.
