The Information Technology Sales Executive will be responsible for all aspects of sales process, including defining sales strategy, prospect targeting, acquiring new clients and generating new revenue streams for Innovecture. The candidate will identify new leads to present Innovecture services/products and achieve new sales targets by developing relationships at the executive level within the targeted organizations. This role will be part of the Innovecture leadership team.   • Develop and refine sales strategy by working closely with the Innovecture leadership team
  • Identify leads, qualify leads, present services/products and execute the entire sales process to secure new business
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create effective marketing campaigns to generate and target leads
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted organizations
  • Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship
  • Conduct industry, competitive landscape research and provide thought leadership in refining service/product offerings to project competitive edge and value proposition
  • Work with Account managers and support them in developing strategies to generate additional revenues from existing clients
Qualifications:
  • Strong sales profile with proven track record of selling IT Consulting Services and products
  • 6+ years of experience in selling IT services and products in North America
  • Demonstrated experience working with, and contacts within, the middle to large market, broadly defined as companies with revenues of $50 million and above
  • Ability to participate in pre-sales cycles to create proposals, presentations and statements of work
  • Demonstrated expertise to drive sale cycle from identification through the close of deals
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging social media for networking/branding purposes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong executive presence and business acumen
  • Experience in developing relationships with senior executives in client as well as partner organizations
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Bachelor’s Degree
